My grandma turned 100 years old today. Her remarkable longevity, her relative mental sharpness, and her unwavering faith bring to mind this verse from Deuteronomy 34 describing Moses at the end of his life.

Moses was 120 years old when he died. His eye was undimmed, and his vigor unabated. (Deuteronomy 34:7)

My grandma’s eye might be somewhat dimmed and her physical vigor somewhat abated, but by all appearances she is spiritually as strong as ever. Happy Birthday, Grandma!
